Hitachi Vantara provides data storage, analytics and software solutions for IoT companies. Epsilon was contracted to redesign their customer support portal. The project included creating sitemaps and wireframes, conducting user research and ultimately designing interactive prototypes. The final designs were then coded by the in-house Hitachi Vantara development team built with Adobe Experience Manager. My role included managing timelines, leading meetings, overseeing all project work and functioning as the day-to-day client contact.
